Return Eligibility
As we deal in 1 Gram Gold Plated (Imitation) Jewellery, all sales are considered final.
- Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or mishandled by the customer are not eligible for return.
- Products showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused after delivery cannot be returned.
- Goods once sold will not be taken back.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Important Note
As our products are imitation jewellery and not real gold jewellery, minor variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or the nature of gold plating. These are not considered manufacturing defects.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used jewellery
- Damaged or broken products due to customer handling
- Products altered or repaired by anyone other than us
- Products reported after the specified 24–48 hour period
- Items purchased during special clearance or promotional sales (if applicable)
